The production process of tinplate coil includes: pickling--cold rolling--annealing--flattening---trimming--tinning---oiling
1,Pickling of tinplate coil: 1) For the oxide on the surface of the original tinplate coil
2) For trimming, check whether the original electrolytic tinplate is defective
2, Electrolytic tinplate cold rolling: mainly through pressure to make the thickness thinner. This can be done at room temperature.
3,Electrolytic tinplate annealing: This process is mainly to adjust the corresponding hardness according to the customer's use and requirements. There are two ways: 1) bell furnace annealing 2) continuous annealing. The greater the normal hardness, the more continuous annealing is used
4,Flattening of tinplate steel: mainly two aspects: 1) Inspection of surface condition 2) Flattening of tinplate steel shape
5,Tinplate steel trimming: the smallest tinplate steel cut is 5mm, and the normal cut is 7.5mm
6.Tinplate coil tinning: the concentration, humidity and other tinning environment should be considered
7,Tinplate coil oiling: Apply DOS oil under normal conditions. In order to prevent sticking, or rust. But the control of the above oil point is more difficult.
