3. Tinplate coil mechanical performance test : There are 8 items including hardness, cupping value (recommended instrument: cupping tester), tension, rebound, aging, bending, roughness, and thickness;
4. Tinplate corrosion resistance (intrinsic quality) testing : including tin layer thickness, alloy layer thickness, oxide layer, passivation layer, oil film measurement, ATC (alloy tin galvanic current), ISV (iron dissolution value), P LV (acid leaching time lag value), TCS (grain size), anti-sulfurization, weldability, adhesion, sanitary inspection, etc. 13 items;
5. tinplate coil thin plate shape inspection: 5 inspections such as straight angle, sickle bend, side wave, middle wave, and warpage.
The above 40 inspections are carried out at different frequencies when the tinplate products leave the factory. It can be seen that the connotation of the quality of tinplate sheet and tinplate coil exceeds ordinary imagination.
