The plate making method of print tin sheet is the same as that of paper printing, and there are special requirements for the characteristics of printed tin sheet:
1).In print tin sheet, due to the non-absorptivity of the substrate tinplate and the tinplate sheet's certain hardness, the deformation of the halftone dots is more obvious than the paper during the printing process, especially in the dark and midtone areas. The jump level becomes deeper, the dark tone changes sharply and upgrades, the use of square dots is more obvious, and the sudden change of midtones is relieved for rhombic dots or round dots. Therefore, printed dots are all round or rhombic dots. The reproduction of printed tin sheet dots is more favorable.
2).Because the tinplate is printed well, it needs to be stamped and formed. Therefore, in the print tin sheet and plate making process, it is necessary to reserve some spaces such as weld edges to ensure that the text pattern does not deviate from the center after stamping on color print tin sheet.
3).The welded edges of the finished pressure tanks must not have graphics or text on color print tin sheet, which can ensure the needs of subsequent welding.
