Tin plate brushes have relatively high requirements for color. In addition to requiring a high degree of water resistance of the colorant, the tinting strength and durability of the pigment are also relatively high. In addition to the characteristics of general offset printing inks, it should also have Heat resistance, because the surface of metal tin plate is smooth and does not penetrate moisture, the ink is heat-fixed and needs to be baked at high temperature.
Since the surface of tin plate is impermeable to water, metal tin plate printing manufacturers need to be equipped with a drying room in the printing process. The tin plate printed ink needs to be baked at a high temperature to be fully combined with the surface, insoluble in water, and does not absorb solvents. This is also tin plated sheet metal printing and other offset printing. A big difference is also a problem that we need to pay special attention to. Therefore, the metal tin plate printing line will be longer than other offset printing.
