Normally tinplate is coated with varnish to protect the print and enhance the decorative effect. After the tinplate is coated with Crystal Clear Varnish, it is wrinkled and shaped after baking in a special process, showing crystal-like scales. The light reflection makes the exquisitely printed graphics on the tinplate have a three-dimensional impression.
